The Store Executive must effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management, conveying information clearly and professionally. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards for merchandising and presentation. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash and card payments. * Manage inventory levels, conducting stock checks, replenishing shelves, and minimizing stockouts. * Adhere to all security protocols and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and store assets. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, providing updates on store performance, customer feedback, and any operational issues. * Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness. * Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, inventory management, and customer service. * Ensure the validity and maintenance of the airport pass, adhering to all airport security regulations. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and working together to achieve store goals.

Salary :

Minimum Salary : Rs. 13000/Per Month

Maximum Salary : Rs. 15000/Per Month
