Accord Grand Private Limited, part of a diverse business group involved in finance, construction, hospitality, and e-commerce, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Secretary & Assistant to work closely with the company owner. Our group also manages sub-brands including Golden Today, Accord Grand E-commerce, Ayurveda of India, and operates a premium accommodation property, Hotel Abu Grand. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing timely reminders for all meetings, engaging in professional conversations with vendors, and assisting in the creation of posters and creatives using Canva. Good English communication skills are required to effectively understand instructions, handle correspondence, and complete assigned tasks. The role also demands good internet research abilities and using ChatGPT, proficiency in laptop use, data management in Excel, and strong organisational and management skills. This position involves working directly with the company owner, assisting in operational management across all our ventures, and contributing to smooth day-to-day functioning.
