Description: This dynamic role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our insurance division. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in insurance sales to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities: Prospecting potential clients through various channels, networking, and referrals.
Conducting client needs analysis: Understanding clients' insurance requirements and offering suitable products.
Presenting and selling insurance policies: Explaining policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients.
Achieving sales targets: Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Building and maintaining client relationships: Providing ongoing support and service to clients, fostering long-term relationships.
Staying updated on insurance products and regulations: Keeping abreast of industry changes and new product offerings.
Collaborating with team members: Working effectively within a team environment to achieve collective goals.
