Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements: Education: Minimum graduate degree. Experience: At least 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate and manage a team. Other: Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role.
