This is an products-services start-up (bootstrap) to achieve its large-scale goals from its scratch level towards success level with team.

□ Role :
Flutter Application development . The candidate would play great role in growth of the ARMII (start-up). Position as, “ARMII- ‘Team Member’”. As, the ARMII has great vision to achieve large-scale goals so, the team member must have to remember that, he/she is accepted as another cause of any kind of growth of the ARMII, too.

□ Responsibilities :
• Flutter development (front & back). Internal & external services.
• Updating ‘Regular Progress Report (R.P.R)’.
• Maintaining the deadline.
• Providing all required cooperation, efforts to ARMII for its growth ( being a cause for organizational growth ) .
• Being 100% Loyal, Responsible, Serious in work & for ARMII ’s positive growth.

□ Behaviour & Mind-set (Must) :
• Can do team work with team friendly & cooperative manner.
• Loyal, Responsible, Passionate, Situation Understanding Mind-set towards ARMII.
• Can accept, face any challenges/environment as per situations & solve problem to overcome.

□ Work / Duty Type (Genuine) :
● Projects based duty with flexible timing & Work From Home ( minimum load ).
● Payed per external projects (Seed level)).
● Providing all type of efforts & helping in organizational growth ,for self growth too.
● Less pressure ( Medium ) .
● Parallel Job Allowance (P.J.L).
□ Location & Commitment :
• Work From Home ( W.F.H ).
• The applicant shall work flexible time zone ( 6 days ) .
[ Efforts & team cooperation are must required & expected for positive growth of the ‘ARMII’ including the ‘team ARMII’ ] .

• Long term to permanent – job .
• Long term working experience certificate .

Salary :
