□ Role : Website & Backend development & Website design . The candidate would play great role to grow the ARMII ( start-up ) .
□ Responsibilities :
• Website & Backend development project based .
• Website design & database management .
• Providing all possible efforts to ARMII for its growth ( being a cause for organizational growth ) .
• Being 100% Loyal, Responsible, Serious in work & to the ARMII .
□ Behaviour & Mind-set (Must) :
• Can do Team work with Team Friendly manner .
• Loyal, Responsible, Passionate, Situation Understanding Mind-set towards ARMII.

• Providing proper & true help & effort in growth of the ARMII (Start Up) .

□ ARMII Opportunity : The candidate can run education or freelance job parallel .
□ Work / Duty Type (Genuine) :
● Projects based duty with flexible timing & work from home ( minimum load ).
● Payed per project.
● Providing effort & helping in organizational growth ,for self growth too .
● Less pressure ( Medium ) .
□ Location & Commitment :
• Work From Home ( W.F.H ).
• The applicant shall work flexible time zone ( 6 days ).
□ Job Security ( Committed ) :
• Long term to permanent - job .

• Payed per project (1st Level ) .
• Less pressure (1st Level) .
