: Job Type: Full Time. This is a full-time position, requiring a dedicated and committed individual ready to contribute consistently to the team's goals. The role demands flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the operational requirements of the airport.

: Minimum Salary (in INR): 22,500. This represents the starting salary for the position, commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.

: Maximum Salary (in INR): 65,800. The salary range extends up to this amount, reflecting the potential for growth and increased compensation based on performance, experience gained, and contributions to the organization.

: Job Experience: While prior supervisory experience within ground handling operations is highly desirable, we also encourage applications from experienced ground staff personnel ready to take the next step in their career. A minimum of 2 years of experience in ground handling or a related aviation role is preferred. Candidates should possess a proven track record of adhering to safety regulations and maintaining operational efficiency.

: Job Skills:
* Aircraft Ground Handling Procedures: Expertise in all aspects of aircraft ground handling, including marshalling, pushback, and aircraft servicing.
* Baggage Handling Systems Operation: Proficient in operating and overseeing baggage handling systems, ensuring efficient and secure baggage processing.
* Ramp Safety Regulations Compliance: Thorough understanding and strict adherence to ramp safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
* Load Planning and Distribution: Ability to plan and oversee the loading and distribution of cargo and baggage to optimize aircraft performance and safety.
* Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Operation: Competent in operating and supervising the use of various Ground Service Equipment (GSE) such as baggage tractors, belt loaders, and aircraft tugs.
* Airport Security Protocols (e.g., TSA, ICAO): Comprehensive knowledge of airport security protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
* Passenger Assistance Procedures (e.g., PRM): Skilled in providing assistance to passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) and other passengers requiring special assistance, ensuring a positive and inclusive travel experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate ground handling activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
* Oversee baggage handling processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to passengers.
* Enforce strict adherence to ramp safety regulations and airport security protocols.
* Manage and train ground staff personnel, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
* Monitor and maintain Ground Service Equipment (GSE), ensuring proper functionality and safety.
* Implement load planning and distribution strategies to optimize aircraft performance.
* Address and resolve any operational issues or delays, minimizing disruptions to flight schedules.
* Provide exceptional passenger assistance, particularly to passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) and those requiring special assistance.
* Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
* Collaborate with other airport departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate records of ground handling activities and equipment maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies.
* Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all ground handling tasks.
* Participate in emergency response drills and training exercises.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.
