Job Description of Guest Relations Executive – Operations Position - Guest Relations Executive Qualification Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or Aviation FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILTIES: • To monitor promotional activities related to Box Office / Food &Beverage and Co-ordinate. • To assist duty manager in meeting set targets based on departmental goals. • Ensuring that guest is looked after in the lounge by promptly assisting them with their needs and assist in service wherever possible. • Meeting and greeting guest on arrival and ensure all their requirements are being addressed in the best possible manner. • Responsible for taking guest feedback and compiling the same for further action. • Maintain all Insignia related brand standards so as to ensure positive projection of brand image. • Conduct regular training for all GSA and also impart induction for new joinees. • Conduct grooming audits on a regular basis. • Responsible to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all are
