The ideal candidate will leverage their comprehensive HR knowledge to contribute significantly to our organizational success and employee well-being. : An MBA degree from a reputable institution is essential, providing a robust foundation in business acumen, strategic thinking, and advanced human resource management principles crucial for navigating complex organizational challenges and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. : Operating within dynamic and rapidly evolving sectors, this role offers exposure to diverse business models and fast-paced environments, requiring adaptability, strategic foresight, and a proactive approach to HR solutions that support innovation and growth. : Commencing at ₹10,000 per month, reflecting a competitive entry point for a highly qualified professional. : Extending up to ₹15,000 per month, indicative of potential growth and performance-based increments within the role. : This is a full-time engagement, requiring a dedicated commitment to standard business hours and active participation in all facets of human resource operations, fostering deep integration within the team and the organization's strategic objectives. : While specific years of experience are not strictly mandated, candidates are expected to possess foundational knowledge in HR principles, ideally gained through internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles, demonstrating a readiness to apply advanced HR concepts and contribute effectively from day one. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Assist in the research, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and organizational best practices. * Communicate and educate employees on HR policies, ensuring consistent application across all departments and fostering a culture of transparency and fairness. * Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting thorough screenings and interviews, and managing the offer process. * Administer and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows, enhance candidate experience, and generate insightful recruitment analytics. * Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates. * Support the administration of the performance management system, including facilitating goal setting, coordinating performance reviews, and managing feedback processes to drive employee development and productivity. * Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. * Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring strict compliance with all statutory regulations (e.g., Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Tax Deducted at Source). * Maintain meticulous payroll records, reconcile discrepancies, and address employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions. * Administer and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality for all employee records. * Generate comprehensive HR reports and analytics from the HRIS to support strategic decision-making, identify trends, and inform HR initiatives. * Provide training and ongoing support to employees on HRIS functionalities, promoting self-service and efficient data management.
