Overview
• Strategic Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads using a professional and persuasive script. • Product Advocacy: Clearly explain the benefits, features, and coverages of various insurance products (Life, Health, or Motor). • Lead Generation: Identify prospective customers, qualify their interest, and schedule follow-up appointments for the senior sales team. • Query Resolution: Patiently address customer doubts, handle objections professionally, and provide accurate information about premiums and policy terms. • Database Management: Accurately record every interaction, update lead statuses, and maintain a clean database in MS Excel or our CRM system. • Relationship Building: Follow up with existing or interested clients to ensure a seamless and positive experience with our brand. • Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily and weekly calling quotas and lead-conversion targets.
Experience Required:
Skills Required
Cold calling, Lead Generation, Insurance Sales, Verbal fluency in English Hindi or Marathi, Rapport building, Data Entry, MS Excel Proficiency, Basic Computer Operations, Active Listening, Patience and Resilience,
