**Maintenance Head**
**Responsibilities:**
1. Oversee maintenance operations and ensure efficient equipment uptime.
2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and costs.
3. Lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure their training and safety.
4. Establish and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
5. Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.Experience in CNC VMC MACHINE SHOP MAINTENANCE
