Entry-level candidates with relevant internships or project experience will be considered. : Job Skills: * Manpower Handling: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, motivate, and train a team of packing personnel. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback to ensure optimal productivity and a positive work environment. * Material Handling: Comprehensive understanding of proper material handling techniques, including the safe and efficient movement, storage, and packaging of goods. Familiarity with various material handling equipment and procedures is essential. * Supervision: Proven supervisory skills, including the ability to oversee packing operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively are crucial. Roles and Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the activities of packing personnel to ensure efficient and accurate packing operations. * Train and mentor packing staff on proper packing techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards. * Monitor packing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. * Ensure that all materials are handled and stored in accordance with company policies and safety regulations. * Maintain accurate records of packed goods, including quantities, destinations, and any special instructions. * Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. * Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the packing process. * Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Conduct regular performance evaluations of packing staff and provide feedback for improvement. * Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all packed goods meet company standards.
