Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are also essential for success in this role. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * **Supervision:** Oversee and direct the ground staff team, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational procedures. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members. * **Airport Operations Management:** Coordinate various ground handling activities, including aircraft marshaling, baggage handling, cargo loading/unloading, and passenger assistance. * **Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Knowledge:** Demonstrate proficiency in operating and maintaining various GSE, such as tugs, belt loaders, and pushback tractors. Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of equipment. * **Baggage Handling Systems:** Manage and troubleshoot baggage handling systems to ensure efficient and timely processing of passenger luggage. Minimize baggage delays and mishandling. * **Flight Scheduling/Dispatch:** Collaborate with flight dispatchers and other relevant personnel to ensure on-time departures and arrivals. Monitor flight schedules and adjust ground operations accordingly. * **Safety and Compliance:** Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and briefings to maintain a safe working environment. * **Communication and Coordination:** Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including pilots, flight crew, ground staff, and other airport personnel. Coordinate activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * **Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:** Address operational challenges and make timely decisions to resolve issues and minimize disruptions. Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Salary :

Minimum Salary : Rs. 20500/Per Month

Maximum Salary : Rs. 565009/Per Month
