Provide emotional support: Offering empathy, compassion, and emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
Maintain a safe environment: Adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
Promote patient well-being: Implementing strategies to enhance patients' physical, emotional, and psychological comfort and recovery.
Participate in professional development: Engaging in continuous learning and development activities to stay abreast of current best practices in patient care.
