**About The Role** As a Purchase Executive at TechCorp, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services critical to our operations. You will be instrumental in managing supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and driving cost efficiencies while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role demands a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to supply chain management. **Key Responsibilities** • Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for TechCorp. • Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. • Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and quality standards. • Conduct market research to identify new products, services, and potential suppliers, staying abreast of industry trends. • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of required materials. • Implement and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. • Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising on quality or operational efficiency. • Resolve issues related to supplier performance, delivery discrepancies, and invoicing. **Requirements** • 5 years of progressive experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role. • Proven track record of successful vendor negotiation and contract management. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost analysis and market research. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all procurement activities. **Required Education** • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. **Skills Required** • Strategic Sourcing • Vendor Relationship Management • Contract Negotiation • Procurement Software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud) • Supply Chain Optimization • Cost Analysis & Reduction • Inventory Management Principles • Data Analysis (Microsoft Excel proficiency) • Risk Management in Procurement • Stakeholder Communication • E-procurement Platforms • Quality Assurance in Sourcing
