Overview
1. Plan and manage the production process. 2. Ensure production targets are completed on time. 3. Improve production efficiency and productivity. 4. Monitor machine performance and production flow. 5. Reduce production downtime and material wastage. 6. Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams. 7. Ensure product quality as per standards. 8. Prepare production reports and records. 9. Solve production and process-related problems. 10. Ensure proper use of machines and equipment. 11. Follow safety rules and company policies. 12. Support continuous improvement activities. 13. Train operators and workers when required. 14. Maintain smooth workflow on the production floor. 15. Work to reduce production costs and improve output.

Skills Required
Process Optimization (Lean, Six Sigma), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001),
