Overview
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales professional (Associate Investment Manager) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Calling Potential Leads • Lead generation • Appointment confirmation • Customer engagement • Feedback sharing onto customer feedback • Sales process • Task prioritization • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Key highlights of the role • Fixed Salary • Goal Sheet Appraisals • Attractive Insights • 5-Day Work Week Ideal candidate preference • 6 months to 2+ year of experience in sales is a plus and for fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales. • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. • Candidates who are currently working or serving notice period will be preferred • No candidates from Ed tech • Candidates from B2C, Retail, Insurance & Real estate background to apply • Candidate must be a graduate or post graduate Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments. • Resilience and motivation to handle rejections and stay positive. • Capability to improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions. • Maturity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
