Dear Candidates We are looking for Sr. Recruitment Executive to source candidates on behalf of our clients for specialised positions. Job Profile: Recruitment Executive – Bulk Hirng Location : Raipur Education: Any Graduate Experience: 1 to 4 Salary : 15000 to 18000 + Incentive Industries: Recruitment & Staffing Responsibilities • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy • Responsible for END to END Recruitment • Research into clients company, competitors and market place • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process • Network and build long-lasting client relationships • Know your area of expertise (specialised industry or job function) • Research and develop recruiting leads • Update current and design new recruiting procedures • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) • Implement new sourcing methods • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners Requirements • Proven working experience in recruiting • Deep understanding of recruitment processes & Industries • Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods • Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices) • Client focus along with relationship building skills • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills Education Require Skill Any Graduate / MBA Education Require Skill Other Details: Working Days: 6 Days: Monday to Saturday Week off – Sunday Holiday: As per the Company & Govt.
