Maintaining accurate records and fostering a safe and compliant work environment. * **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software:** Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales data, and personalize customer experiences. Leveraging data insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * **Sales & Profitability:** Drive sales performance and achieve store profitability targets through effective team management, inventory control, and promotional strategies. * **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members. * **Customer Service Excellence:** Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, exceeding customer expectations and building strong customer relationships. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. * **Inventory Management:** Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing losses, and maximizing profitability. Conduct regular stock takes and manage product displays. * **Visual Merchandising:** Create visually appealing and effective product displays to attract customers and drive sales. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. * **Operations Management:** Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * **Reporting & Analysis:** Analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports to track store performance and inform business decisions.
