Candidates with additional qualifications in retail management or related fields will be highly regarded. A strong academic background demonstrates a commitment to learning and a solid foundation in business principles, which are essential for success in this position. **Industry:** : This role falls under industry code 41, encompassing retail trade. Experience within this industry, particularly in a similar role, is highly desirable. A deep understanding of the retail landscape, current market trends, and consumer behavior will be crucial for driving store performance and achieving business objectives. **Experience:** : While prior experience is beneficial, we are open to considering candidates with a strong skillset and a demonstrable passion for retail management. This includes managing social media presence, organizing promotional events, and collaborating with marketing teams on broader campaigns. * **Labor Law Compliance:** Ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, employee safety regulations, and anti-discrimination policies. Maintaining accurate records and fostering a safe and compliant work environment. * **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software:** Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales data, and personalize customer experiences. Leveraging data insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * **Sales & Profitability:** Drive sales performance and achieve store profitability targets through effective team management, inventory control, and promotional strategies. * **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members. * **Customer Service Excellence:** Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, exceeding customer expectations and building strong customer relationships. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. * **Inventory Management:** Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing losses, and maximizing profitability. Conduct regular stock takes and manage product displays. * **Visual Merchandising:** Create visually appealing and effective product displays to attract customers and drive sales. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. * **Operations Management:** Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * **Reporting & Analysis:** Analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports to track store performance and inform business decisions.
