We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in the cosmetics or food industries, as indicated in the required skills. **Skills:** : The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of quality control principles and practices. Proficiency in the following skills is essential: * Candidate must have experience in Cosmetics or Food industries: This experience is crucial for understanding the specific quality requirements and regulations within these sectors. * Statistical Process Control (SPC): Knowledge of SPC methodologies is essential for analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements. * Calibration: Experience with calibration procedures is necessary to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measuring equipment. * Quality Management Systems (QMS): Familiarity with QMS principles, such as ISO 9001, is highly desirable. * Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA): Understanding of CAPA processes is vital for addressing quality issues and preventing recurrence. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Conduct routine inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. * Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities. * Identify and investigate non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints. * Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. * Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. * Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation. * Collaborate with production personnel to identify and resolve quality-related issues. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes. * Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. * Perform other duties as assigned, related to quality control and assurance.
