Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive
Company: Asvil Galaxy Finserv Private Limited
Location: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala.
Salary: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month

Role Summary:
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the company's financial product sales by acquiring and managing clients. The candidate will identify prospects, promote products, and ensure exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients and promote financial products/services such as loans, insurance, or investment schemes.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Handle client queries and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge & Promotion:
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and market trends to effectively pitch offerings.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, or events to increase brand visibility.

4. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports for management review.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience: Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in financial product sales or related roles.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Language: Proficiency in [Local Language] and Hindi/English is preferred.
