Our training is designed to cultivate these skills to a professional standard. ### Roles and Responsibilities * Promote and detail our portfolio of specialty pharmaceutical products to a targeted list of healthcare professionals (HCPs), including specialist physicians, hospital pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within your assigned territory. * Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives. * Build and maintain strong, credible, and long-lasting relationships with key medical practitioners and their staff, establishing yourself as a trusted and reliable resource for scientific information. * Master complex clinical data and product knowledge to deliver accurate, persuasive, and compliant presentations to HCPs. * Effectively communicate the therapeutic benefits, clinical efficacy, and safety profile of our products, differentiating them from competitors. * Organize and conduct scientific and promotional activities, such as product presentations, group meetings, and participation in local medical conferences. * Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing timely reports to the sales management team. * Ensure all sales and promotional activities are conducted with the highest degree of professionalism and are in strict compliance with all company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations. * Maintain meticulous records of all sales calls and professional interactions in the company's CRM system and submit regular activity reports.
