**Team Leader** **Responsibilities:** 1. Manage and lead a team of HR professionals. 2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. 3. Provide guidance on employee relations and labor laws. 4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. 5. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes. 6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 7. Maintain employee records and data. 8. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors and government agencies.
