Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic team at MSAW HR. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining insurance products and services, addressing customer queries, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives. Roles and Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential clients: Identifying and qualifying leads, explaining insurance products and services, answering customer queries, scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions: Updating customer databases, tracking call logs, documenting customer feedback.
Achieving sales targets: Meeting daily/weekly/monthly call quotas, converting leads into appointments, contributing to team sales goals.
Providing excellent customer service: Addressing customer concerns promptly and efficiently, building rapport with potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with sales team: Sharing customer information with sales representatives, providing feedback on customer interactions, supporting sales efforts.
Required Education: 9 pass
Preferred Education: BCOM
Skills: basic English, computer operating
Salary Range: From 12000 to 18000
