Overview

Description: Connect with potential students via phone calls, emails, and other channels, explain our educational programs and their benefits, address queries and concerns, follow up with leads, and convert them into enrollments. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process. Contribute to achieving team targets and expanding our student base through effective communication and relationship building.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contact potential students: Reach out to prospective students via phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
Explain programs: Provide detailed information about our educational programs, curriculum, and fee structure.
Address queries: Answer student questions and concerns regarding courses, admissions, and other related topics.
Follow up: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture their interest and guide them toward enrollment.
Convert leads: Persuade prospective students to enroll in our programs by highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
Build relationships: Establish rapport with students, creating a positive and supportive experience throughout the enrollment journey.
Achieve targets: Contribute to meeting team and individual targets for student enrollments.
Process enrollments: Facilitate the enrollment process, ensuring smooth onboarding of new students.
