About the Job
Overview
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins) from students and parents regarding admissions. Counsel students about academic programs, career prospects, and admission requirements. Guide students through the admission process, including application forms, eligibility criteria, and documentation. Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to ensure successful enrollment. Maintain and update student databases, records, and admission reports. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities. Achieve admission targets as set by the management. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and counseling ability. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (if applicable). Ability to work under targets and pressure. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Pleasant personality and professional attitude. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (Education, Management, Psychology, or related field preferred). 2 years of experience in counseling, telecalling, or student advisory roles (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply). Prior experience in the education industry will be an added advantage.
