Further certifications or specializations in accounting or finance will be considered a significant advantage. : Job Experience: While prior experience is valued, this position is open to both experienced professionals and promising individuals with a strong academic background and demonstrable aptitude. Entry-level candidates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply. More experienced candidates will be considered for a higher salary band and greater responsibilities. : Job Type: This is a full-time position, requiring a dedicated commitment to the responsibilities and objectives outlined. The role demands consistent availability during standard business hours and may occasionally require extended hours to meet deadlines or address urgent matters. : Job Skills: While specific technical skills will be assessed during the interview process, core competencies include a strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or Ind AS), proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills (both written and verbal). The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also crucial. : Minimum Salary (INR): The minimum annual salary for this position is INR 200,000. This figure represents the starting point for candidates with limited experience and is subject to negotiation based on qualifications and demonstrated skills. : Maximum Salary (INR): The maximum annual salary for this position is INR 400,000. This figure is reserved for highly qualified candidates with significant experience and a proven track record of success in similar roles. The final salary will be commensurate with experience and expertise. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. * Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. * Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately. * Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. * Assist with budget preparation and monitoring. * Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and filing requirements. * Assist with internal and external audits. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. * Maintain confidentiality of financial information. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. * Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
