Overview
* Deep understanding of Indirect Tax Law and latest amendments * Guiding business teams on operational tax challenges * Proactive tax compliance, ITC management & refunds * Handling notices, SCNs, appeals and audits * Coordination with auditors, consultants & tax authorities * Strong stakeholder & team management * Timely and accurate filing of returns, forms, audit reports * Risk analysis & monthly compliance checklists * Maintaining monthly litigation tracker * Regular coordination with plant finance heads * Developing and managing a robust MIS system
