Ltd Location: Vapi, Gujarat Department: Accounts & Finance Position: Accountant Experience:3-5 yr Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in transactions. The candidate will support GST, TDS, payroll, vendor management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP. Handle accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups. Prepare and verify purchase orders, sales orders, and goods receipt entries. Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts. Assist in GST filing, TDS calculation, and statutory compliance. Prepare monthly reports—sales, purchase, stock, and financial summaries. Manage petty cash, vouchers, and expense tracking. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely record updates. Support payroll preparation and employee reimbursement processing. Desired Candidate Profile Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, and basic accounting principles. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table preferred). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Benefits Learning and exposure to full-cycle accounting.
