Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within the financial services industry (NAICS code 22). This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from $25,000 to $35,000 per year. : This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree. While prior experience is not strictly mandatory, candidates with a proven track record in business development or sales, particularly within the financial services sector, will be highly regarded. : Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate must be able to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively, build rapport with clients, and effectively negotiate deals. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * **Prospecting and Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling. * **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. * **Needs Analysis:** Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. * **Proposal Development:** Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our products and services. * **Negotiation and Closing:** Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets. * **Market Analysis:** Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities. * **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. * **Reporting and Analysis:** Track and report on key performance indicators, such as sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue generated. * **Communication:** Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
