Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, good in EXECUTION and PROCESS DRIVEN Project Manager with B2B client handling experience to lead client projects and internal initiatives at our agency. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Strategy Lead end-to-end project delivery for B2B clients across multiple industries Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives Serve as primary point of contact for B2B clients throughout project lifecycle Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Navigate complex B2B decision-making processes and organizational hierarchies Digital & Technology Leadership Oversee digital transformation projects and technology implementations Collaborate with technical teams on web development, digital marketing, and platform integrations Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices across all channels Ensure projects leverage appropriate digital technologies for optimal results AI Integration & Innovation Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and solutions into client projects Implement AI-powered project management tools and automation workflows Guide teams in utilizing AI for content creation, data analysis, and process optimization Stay ahead of AI developments and assess their potential impact on client outcomes Team Coordination & Leadership Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and strategists Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners Ensure knowledge sharing and documentation across all projects Required QualificationsExperience & Background 3+ years of project management experience with focus on B2B clients Experience with agency environment and client services Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and technology platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications MBA or relevant advanced degree Proven ability to present to C-level executives and decision-makers What We Offer Salary Range: INR 4,50,000 - INR 5,50,000 (FIXED) Variables & Incentives based on performanceLocation: Eldams Road, Teynampet Work from OFFICE only.
