About the Job

Overview

:3+ years of experience in business development or sales for B2B and B2C, preferably in a branding or design agency. ' :Thorough understanding of the digital landscape, including branding, website development, social media, and performance marketing . :A strong network of contacts for developing new business opportunities and establishing relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies. ' :Experience in all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to conversion. ' :Willingness to be available outside of regular office hours/holidays when needed. ' :Calm, polite, and professional behavior, as well as being a self-motivated leader. ' Strong proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills. ' Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. ' Responsibilities and Duties As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive new business growth and revenue for the company. To achieve this, you will: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy in alignment with the company's overall plans and goals. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing new projects and accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key advertising and marketing agencies both in India and internationally. Create persuasive and compelling business proposals and effectively present them to potential clients, negotiating and closing deals. Effectively manage the entire sales process from lead generation to conversion. Attend relevant industry events and conferences, representing the company and networking to expand the company's reach. Stay current with market trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to inform and improve business development strategies. Demonstrate initiative and a strong drive to continuously identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
