The position focuses on presenting academic and research solutions, driving lead generation through telesales, and nurturing strong connections with PhD scholars, researchers, and academic institutions. Responsibilities: Conduct proactive telesales outreach to identify prospects and convert them into business opportunities. Present and promote PhD research support, journal publication assistance, and R&D solutions to prospective clients. Analyze client needs and recommend the most appropriate academic and research services. Implement consistent follow-ups to maximize lead engagement and conversion. Establish and nurture lasting relationships with scholars, researchers, and academic organizations. Meet and exceed sales objectives while driving overall business growth. Document and maintain accurate records of client communications, leads, and sales performance. Key Skills Strong communication and convincing skills (English mandatory). Good telephone etiquette and client handling skills. Ability to explain research and development services clearly to potential clients. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation. Prior experience in telesales, academic sales, or research service sales will be an added advantage.
