About the Job

Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will talk to students, researchers, and professionals over the phone to explain our PhD assistance services (research support, writing, publishing, etc.). Your goal is to build interest, answer their queries, and help them choose our services. Key Responsibilities: Call potential customers and explain the company’s services. Answer customer questions clearly and politely. Follow up with interested people through calls, emails, or WhatsApp. Keep records of calls and customer details. Work with the sales team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Skills Needed: Good communication skills in English (and local languages if required). Confidence in talking to new people over the phone. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, CRM tools). Ability to convince and handle rejections positively. Team player with a positive attitude. Qualification: Any graduate (freshers or experienced can apply). Experience in telesales/telecalling is an added advantage.
