Job Description For Business Development Specialist Proven work experience as a Sales Representative Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with CRM practices, along with ability to build productive business-professional relationships Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Generating new leads from the market and converting them into potential client. Convert properties into potential clients. Listen to ads on the radio and convert them into potential clients. Collect customer contact information and follow up with leads. Develop engaging sales pitches for different target customers.
