Overview
Assistant Sales Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and a strong understanding of our industry. Responsibilities: * Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies * Oversee the sales team and provide guidance and support * Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities * Manage customer relationships and build strong partnerships * Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * 1+ years of experience in a sales management role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
