* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in any of these languages - Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali. * Handle inbound or outbound calls. * Cool-tempered and able to handle customers with ease. * Experience with MS Excel and basic knowledge of computers is a must. * Be a customer-oriented individual. * Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. • Minimum 12th pass.
