Customer Service Executive (Outbound/Inbound Calling in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Hindi, Marathi ) VERVE is a dynamic and growing financial services organization that partners with the Banking, Finance, and IT sectors. Annual CTC: 2 L to 2.5 L Roles & Responsibilities: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in any of these languages - Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali. * Handle inbound or outbound calls. * Cool-tempered and able to handle customers with ease. * Experience with MS Excel and basic knowledge of computers is a must. * Be a customer-oriented individual. * Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. • Minimum 12th pass. Fresher’s will go through a short productive training of our entire process along with calling protocols set on the dialer and using CMS application system to update customer information.
