JD: Customer Service Executive (Outbound/Inbound Calling in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi Languages) VERVE is a dynamic and growing financial services organization that partners with the Banking, Finance, and IT sectors. We seek talented and driven individuals eager to advance their careers while contributing to the growth and success of our company. Annual CTC: 1.8 L to 2.5 L Roles & Responsibilities: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in any of these languages - Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Telugu, Malayalam. • Handle inbound or outbound calls. • Cool-tempered and able to handle customers with ease. • Experience with MS Excel and basic knowledge of computers is a must. • Be a customer-oriented individual. • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. • Minimum 12th pass. Fresher’s will go through a short productive training of our entire process along with calling protocols set on the dialer and using CMS application system to update customer information.
