Assist customers and candidates in opening bank accounts and demat accounts, guiding them through the process and ensuring a smooth experience. _Aid in activating accounts, providing necessary information, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the activation process._ *Client/Candidate Support:* _Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates, offering support and assistance through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)._ _Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction._ *Documentation and Record-Keeping:* _
