*Job Description* - Assistant HR at Synergy Digital Solution *Role:* Assistant HR *Responsibilities:* a) Assist HR in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. b) Conduct interviews for non-IT backgrounds (excluding HR) and maintain interview records. c) Support in documentation processes related to employee onboarding. d) Maintain detailed reports and records using Google Sheets and CRM tools. *Requirements:* _1) Basic English proficiency is essential._ _2) Pursuing or possessing an ongoing degree in any field._ _3) Ability to assist in interview processes and maintain accurate records._ _4) Organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks._ *Salary Structure:* Fixed salary of 16,000 INR per month.
