Overview
Cloud Kitchen Network is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth customer service operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support to potential and existing clients. Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Assist with the management of the sales pipeline, including lead generation, lead qualification, and lead tracking. Help to coordinate and schedule meetings with potential and existing clients. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other teams to provide solutions and support to clients. Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the sales team and CEO.
