Job Title: International Tele Caller Executive
Location: Office No. 144, Parmar Park Phase-2 Business Park, Wanowrie, Pune – 411040
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Fixed Night Shift (9-hour shift)
Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday and Alternate Saturdays
Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based
Process Type: Blended – Voice and Chat (International)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for the position of International Voice & Chat Executive. This role involves interacting with international clients via voice and chat channels, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work in a structured night-shift environment.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking for a stable, target-free role in a professional office setting, with comprehensive training and growth support provided.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound voice calls and live chat support for international customers

Accurately address customer queries and provide relevant product or service information

Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns

Adhere to standard operating procedures, communication protocols, and quality guidelines

Candidate Profile
Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, email tools, etc.)

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset

Willingness to work fixed night shifts (Monday to Friday)

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Previous experience in an international voice/chat process

Background in customer service or support roles
