Overview
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads. Explain property/project details, pricing, and amenities. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options. Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team. Follow up with interested clients to drive conversions. Maintain and update daily call logs/CRM. Meet weekly and monthly lead and call targets.
