Overview
*Responsibilities* : Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Effectively understand and identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Promote products and services and achieve sales targets. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through positive engagement and problem-solving. Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. *Requirements* : *Education* : Minimum 12th pass (HSC or equivalent). *Experience* : 0-3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales (preferred but not mandatory). *Languages* : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are essential. *Skills* : Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good typing speed. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a structured environment.
