About the Role We are seeking a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Ghatkopar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing the right talent, handling bulk hiring drives, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Handle bulk hiring requirements across different business functions. Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks for talent acquisition. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
