**Customer Support Executive**
* **Responsibilities:**
1. Provide prompt and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
3. Maintain and update customer records and support knowledge base.
4. Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
5. Provide product and service information to customers.
We have openings for both Voice and non voice process.
