**Customer Support Executive**

* **Responsibilities:**
1. Provide prompt and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
3. Maintain and update customer records and support knowledge base.
4. Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
5. Provide product and service information to customers.

We have openings for both Voice and non voice process.


Experience Required:
  • Experience : Customer Support
    Year : 1, Month : 6
Skills Required

Excellent English Communication, Typing Speed should be 60 wpm, Fluency in English, Excellent Written and Oral English,


Qualification Required:

An Graduation

Education Required * :


Salary :

Minimum Salary : Rs. 15000/Per Month

Maximum Salary : Rs. 25000/Per Month
