About the Job
Overview
Description: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships, achieve sales targets by promoting products/services, upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing customers, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience, stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls, address their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce products/services, and generate leads.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and other relevant details.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing personalized service and support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products/services.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
Required Education: Graduation
Preferred Education: B.Com
Experience: 1 year, 6 months in telecalling
Skills: Excellent English communication, calling, sales
Salary Range: From ₹32,000 to ₹40,000
