Responsibilities * Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat. * Provide information about products/services and resolve customer issues. * Log customer complaints accurately and ensure timely resolution. * Collect customer feedback and share it with the management. * Maintain customer records using CRM software or company tools. * Build positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
