**About The Role** Global Dynamics Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge electrical systems and components for our next-generation products. You will be instrumental in driving technical excellence, ensuring robust and reliable solutions, and contributing to the strategic direction of our electrical engineering initiatives. This position demands a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of electrical principles and a passion for pushing technological boundaries. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the full lifecycle design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems, circuits, and components from concept to production. * Conduct detailed circuit analysis, simulations, and calculations to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications. * Oversee the selection and integration of electrical components, ensuring optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain resilience. * Design and optimize Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), including schematic capture, layout, and Gerber file generation. * Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, perform rigorous validation, and troubleshoot complex electrical issues. * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, firmware, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless product integration. * Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations (e.g., UL, CE, IEC), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design processes, tools, and methodologies. * Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for electrical engineering tasks. **Requirements** * 8 years of progressive experience in Electrical Engineering, with a strong focus on product development. * Demonstrated expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and embedded systems. * Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, SPICE). * Solid understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles. * Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and drive solutions from concept through production. * Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration. * Experience with test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers. * Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) principles. **Required Education** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field. **Skills Required** * Advanced Analog & Digital Circuit Design * Power Electronics Design & Optimization * PCB Design & Layout (Altium Designer, OrCAD) * Embedded Systems Development (Microcontrollers, FPGAs) * Signal Integrity & Power Integrity Analysis * Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Principles & Testing * Circuit Simulation Tools (SPICE, LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink) * Firmware/Software Integration (C/C++ for embedded systems) * Test & Measurement Equipment Proficiency * System Architecture Design * DFM & DFT Principles * Industry Standards & Safety Regulations (UL, CE, IEC) * Project Leadership & Management * Technical Mentorship & Coaching * Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting * Cross-functional Collaboration * Technical Documentation & Reporting
